After we conduct an assessment of your home health care needs, our registered nurse will coordinate with your doctor in developing a care plan that will address your unique health care requirements.
The care plan may include one or a combination of the following services:
Angels Health Care, Inc. can also provide ADL Services for clients who are elderly or disabled rendering them homebound for long-term or until they recover their health:
- Bathing (bed bath, tub, shower)
